Email us at with the following information regarding your gift. From there, we’ll send you our guidelines and estimates based on your information you provided to make sure we are a good fit for you.
Note: All custom orders requires a minimum 2 week notice!

Gift theme, ideas, inspirations, colors and any allergies
Preferred method of delivery
Recipient address if shipping
Logo & branding information
Details regarding the event
Once you have decided we are a good fit, we will send over an invoice for you to pay the retainer fee. From there, we'll send over a more in depth design questionnaire so that we can customize your gift down to the tiniest details such as ribbon color, box design, content details etc.. We'll settle on a design you love, we’ll send over a format PDF proposal with all of the details, including pricing, final payments details, shipping options and a fulfillment timeline.
Once you sign off on the final gift design and submit payment, congratulations! It’s time for us to begin building your gifts! Our team will pack each gift with care for shipping, either to your place of business or direct to individual recipients. We’ll provide you with a master tracking document so you can ensure they all arrive safely.
Custom Gift Wrapping
Do you have a previously bought gift that needs to be styled? Or better yet, do you want to order one of our ready made gifts and have us personally style it for you? Then look no further! We'd love to come up with a unique gift wrap design that's personal to you. Email us your ideas and we'll coordinate a pickup/drop off time so that your gift is ready for your big day.
Custom pricing starts at 69.95 and up for single orders under 10, and $79.95 and up for more than 10. Most custom orders require at least 2-4 weeks from design to delivery.
