1)  Is there a order minimum for custom designed gifts?

We do not have an order minimum for our custom designed gifts.

 

2) How much notice do you need?

Each of our floral boxes are custom designed to your expectations. Therefore we like to have at least 48 hrs for our ready made floral boxes and at least 2 weeks to complete our bridal and custom designed boxes which includes design work, sourcing, assembly and shipping/delivery.

 

3) Do you accept partial payments?

For our ready made floral boxes, full payment is due at the time of checkout. For our custom orders, a 50% deposit is due before design work, sourcing and assembly. The remaining balance is due 1 week before delivery/shipment.

4) What if I need to cancel? Will I get a full refund?

We understand that unforeseen events may alter your event plans, but We DO NOT offer refunds on any of our floral boxes due to cancelation. However, if notified of any cancellations at least 48 hrs before your event, we may be able to reschedule delivery for a later date.


5) Where do you deliver?

We offer free delivery anywhere in PG County MD. Outside cities will be billed at $1 per mile per roundtrip.

6) Do you offer shipping on your floral boxes?

At this time, due to the sensetive nature of our floral boxes, we are not able to offer shipping. However, we can offer shipping on our custom designed boxes that do not contain floral arrangements.

7) What is your return policy?

All orders are final sale and non refundable! If your order arrives and you are not satisfied with your product, please email us within 24hrs of arrival so that we will work with you to correct the problem.

8) What if the recipient is not home, will you deliver the floral box another day?

We ask that you notify the recipient about a special delivery coming to them so that they are aware. We cannot take any floral boxes back to our studio nor can we make additional trips. If for any reason the recipient is not there, we will notify the purchaser and with permission, we will either leave the box with someone close to the recipient or we will leave the box in a safe and cool place for the recipient to retrieve.

9) What happens if the contents of my box are damaged?

Once we delivery any of our floral boxes successfully, we are no longer responsible for any of the contents inside. Because of the sensitive nature of our strawberries, flowers and strawberries, we ask that you keep the box in a well air conditioned facility or in the fridge if not eating right away. Flowers can be removed from the box and placed in a vase with warm water.

10) Do you offer gluten free and vegan desserts options?

Yes! We offer Vegan Chocolate for our dipped strawberries that your guest will love. We do not offer gluten free at this time!
